We are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards on all our projects, ensuring that our team, customers, and the community are protected at all times. Our rigorous training programs equip our employees with the knowledge and skills to identify potential hazards and implement effective safety measures. We strive to create a work environment where everyone can feel secure while delivering exceptional results.

Our training program equips all employees with the essential training and tools required to maintain a safe work environment. Employees receive instruction in various areas, including electrical safety, the operation of bucket trucks, digger trucks, scissor lifts, aerial lifts, forklifts, and skid steers. Additionally, we provide training in OSHA-10, OSHA-30, and MSHA certifications. Some employees also hold a Fire Alarm certification recognized by the State of Ohio. Furthermore, we conduct an annual Safety Day to offer supplementary training. Our safety committee convenes monthly to ensure continuous updates on safety enhancements. Each month, one of our job sites undergoes a safety inspection to verify adherence to established safety standards.
